From the first interaction with the Liz Silva, the Director of Operations, to the final pick up at 06:30 at BOS, AVION provided great service and great value. Chris, our driver for both legs of our trip was personable, courteous and professional and his vehicle was immaculate and easily accomodated 4 travelers with 3 weeks of luggage. AVION handled two seperate pick up and drop off points with out any issues or extra fees that the competitors were very pointedly asking for. We would recomend AVION to all our freinds and will use them again when we need superior service to make the first and last parts of our trip seemless.
Chris and his team took such good care of my parents, who came out west to visit me. The team were in constant communication with me before their departure and, more importantly, upon their return, which was disrupted by a flight cancellation. I found out from Avion first before my parents landed at their connection that they would be delayed. They even tried to help find options to get them home ASAP. The team is truly on top of their game.
A day late, my parents were met with a smile and balloons on New Year’s Eve (still floating as of 2/22). The TLC made up for the nuisance of the delay.
I will not hesitate to use Avion on their next flight out. Well worth the money to reduce the stress involved with traveling, especially these days and at their age.

Can’t say enough about Avion and our driver Chris. Our departing and arriving flights were messed up incredibly. Chris was accessible to accommodate last minute flight changes. He arrived on time and was extremely helpful with all our ski gear. It was a welcome relief and an option we plan to use again and again.
